1. Navigate to the ‘Live Session Details’ section of the student’s ‘Client Nexus.’
2. Click the ‘edit’ icon next to the completed session (pictured below).
3. Select the correct session status and click ‘submit.’
4. Once you submit the session status, it will appear next to the date in question.
1. Navigate to “Monthly Coaching Report” on the left-hand side of the home page.
2. If a numbered cell appears white, the Coach has updated the session status.
If a numbered cell appears yellow, the Coach has not updated the session status.
If a numbered cell appears red, the Coach has left a comment.
If the number ‘2’ appears in a cell, two sessions were conducted that day.
3. The admin team will review Coaches’ monthly coaching reports every month to confirm payment totals. Please ensure that you have updated the session statuses for all of the previous month’s sessions by the 1st of the following month. (E.g. Update your June session statuses by July 1st).
